Our Programs

Below is an overview of our primary Programs and Events.

MomUU Connected

MomUU Connected is a community-based social group by Bridge Builders for Neurodiversity designed to create meaningful connections among mothers and families of autistic children. Through regular social gatherings, peer-led support circles, and family-friendly outings, this program offers a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, build lasting friendships, and reduce the isolation often felt on this journey.

Each event is sensory-considerate and culturally responsive, ensuring all participants feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether it’s a coffee meet-up, a family picnic, or a themed game night, Together We Thrive reminds every parent: you are not alone.

MomUU (Mothers on a Mission to Understand and Uplift)

MomUU is a supportive educational program designed to empower mothers of autistic children through knowledge, resources, and community. Serving families with autistic individuals of all ages, MomUU offers four distinct tracks (through quarterly workshops) tailored to meet the unique challenges and opportunities at every stage of the autism journey.

Each track combines expert-led workshops, practical tools, and peer support to help moms advocate effectively, nurture their children’s strengths, and foster wellbeing for the whole family.
